全球最昂貴咖啡 --- 貓屎咖啡 Kopi Luwak, Coffee - 印尼麝香貓咖啡豆
It is one of the famous coffee in the world by its taste and it cost also. Recently a cafe in London, they sell EURO 50 per cup.
In the market price, it is about HKD $5000 / kg.

貓屎咖啡 (Kopi Luwat) 採用印尼野生麝香貓 (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) 的排泄物製成。麝香貓愛吃咖啡樹上熟透的紅色咖啡果，故糞便中經常殘留未經消化的咖啡種子。農場經營者從糞便中挑出這些種子，撥開銀灰色的薄膜後用水洗淨放在太陽下曬乾，然後翻炒，成為貓屎咖啡豆。由於麝香貓專挑熟透咖啡果來吃，故當中的咖啡原豆品質優良，加上在麝香貓體內經過咖啡原豆與唾液或胃液混合發酵，具有獨特的香味。由於得來不易，據說年產量才800公斤，故售價高昂。
